Everything ships out of London, Ontario. Here's how long it takes, what it costs, and what to do if a parcel goes quiet.

Shipping is worked out from your address at checkout, before you pay.

When it leaves us
Orders are packed and handed over within two business days. Anything ordered on a weekend goes out on the Monday.
How long it takes
Within Canada, usually two to five business days after dispatch depending how far you are from southern Ontario.
To the United States, allow a week or so. Everywhere else varies more than we'd like to promise a number for.
What it costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout from your address, before you pay — no surprises at the end.
Tracking
Every order gets a tracking number by email as soon as it's dispatched. You can also look an order up any time at /track using your order number and email address.
Customs and duties
Orders outside Canada may be charged duty or import tax on arrival. That's set by your country, not by us, and it isn't included in what you pay here.
If it goes missing
If tracking hasn't moved in a week, email us with your order number. We'll chase the carrier and sort it out from our end.
