How it works
Make an account
Points are tied to an account, so there's one to make first. It takes an email address and nothing else.
Order as usual
Points land when the payment goes through, worked out on what you actually paid — after any code, and after any points you spent.
Spend them at checkout
Your balance appears at checkout with a control to decide how much of it to use. Whatever you don't spend stays where it is.
The small print
Points are earned on the goods total after any discount, not on shipping or tax, and they lapse twelve months after your last order — any new order resets that on your whole balance. They're taken back if an order is refunded. They have no cash value, can't be transferred, and we'll give notice here before changing what they're worth.
