We never see your card number
The card form at checkout is Stripe's, running inside our page. What you type goes straight to them — it never passes through or gets stored on our servers.
Certified to the highest standard
Stripe is certified PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification in the payments industry, and card numbers are encrypted at rest with AES-256.
An encrypted connection
Every page of this site is served over HTTPS — the padlock in your address bar — so everything you send is encrypted on its way.
Your bank can double-check it's you
If your bank wants to confirm a payment — a code, or a tap in your banking app — that step appears right in checkout before anything is charged.
Every payment is screened for fraud
Stripe checks card payments for signs of fraud automatically, in real time, so a stolen card is far less likely to get through — including one that isn't yours.
A real person, if anything looks off
Charged once, when you order, with a receipt straight after. If a charge ever looks wrong, email us — the person who packs the orders answers, and your card's own protections still apply.

Currency
All prices are in Canadian dollars. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts it at their rate.
When you're charged
Once, when the order is placed. You'll get a confirmation email straight after with everything on it.
If a payment fails
Nothing is taken and no order is created. A pending charge sometimes shows on your statement for a day or two before your bank drops it.
Keeping the site itself safe
Everything is served over an encrypted connection, and we don't store card numbers anywhere — there's nothing on our side for anyone to take.
