Privacy policy

Plainly: we collect what's needed to take your order and get it to you, and nothing beyond that. We don't sell your information.

What we collect

Your name, email address and shipping address, what you ordered, and — if you make an account — the email and password you sign in with.

We also see basic technical information every website sees, like the pages you visited.

Why we collect it

To take payment, pack the right thing, ship it to the right place, email you about the order, and answer you if you get in touch. That's it.

Who else sees it

Stripe processes the payment. Supabase stores the order and account data. Resend sends the order emails. The carrier gets your address so they can deliver.

Each of them only gets what they need for that job, and none of them get it for anything else.

Card details

We never see or store them. They go directly from your browser to Stripe.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting and returns. Account details stay until you ask us to delete them.

Your choices

Email us to ask what we hold on you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We'll do it — you don't have to give a reason.

Cookies

We use what the site needs to work — keeping you signed in and remembering what's in your bag. Nothing is sold on to advertisers.
