Starting a return
Email us
Send your order number and what you'd like to do. One line is plenty — you don't need a reason.
We reply
Usually the same day, with the address to send it to and anything else you need to know.
Send it back
Refunds go back to the card you paid with once it lands, and take a few days to show up on your statement.
What we can't take back
- Anything worn, washed or without its tags
- Clearance pieces — those are final sale
- Orders more than 30 days old
Swapping a size
Email us before you send anything back and we'll hold the size you want. Runs are small, so it can sell out while a parcel is in transit — holding it first is the only way to be sure.
