Terms of use

The short version: small runs, Canadian dollars, and if something goes wrong with an order we'll make it right.

1. 1.

   Who you're buying from

   Vivase, an independent clothing label operating out of London, Ontario, Canada.

2. 2.

   Prices and currency

   All prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude shipping, which is calculated at checkout. We can change prices at any time, but never after you've placed an order.

3. 3.

   Orders and stock

   Runs are small and stock shown on the site is what we actually have. If something sells out between your order and our packing it, we'll email you and refund it in full.

4. 4.

   Returns and exchanges

   Set out in full on the returns page. In short: 30 days, unworn with tags on, clearance is final sale.

5. 5.

   If something goes wrong

   Wrong size sent, damaged in transit, never arrived — email us and we'll fix it. That's the whole policy.

6. 6.

   Using this site

   The photographs, artwork and writing on this site are ours. Don't reproduce them commercially without asking.

7. 7.

   Changes to these terms

   We may update them. The terms that apply to your order are the ones published when you placed it.

8. 8.

   Governing law

   These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
