Why won't my address show at Checkout? +

Currently, we do not have carrier services available outside of Canada, Spain, and select states in the USA. However, if you're located elsewhere, feel free to reach out to us, and we'll be happy to arrange exceptional international shipping.

Order Tracking not working? +

Your order may be shipped via a carrier that hasn't been registered on our Order Tracking page yet. However, we always provide a direct carrier link along with your tracking code, so you can easily check your order status on the carrier's website if it doesn't appear on our tracking page.

Want to return/exchange your order? +

If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we offer the option to return or exchange your item(s) within 7 days of receiving them. To be eligible, the item(s) must be in their original condition, unused, and unwashed, with all tags still attached. We understand that sometimes things just don’t work out, and we want to make sure you’re satisfied with your purchase. Simply reach out to us within the 7-day window, and our customer service team will guide you through the process. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item(s) are defective or incorrect.
